Damon introduces another teaching strategy that uses a matrix to think about pluses and minuses. He gives an example where he asks learners to think about the effect of study and work on time, money, and future prospects. The tutors enthusiastically write into the cells discussing how study and full-time work is a recipe for stress.

They leave happy and thank Damon for another great session. It is 4:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon. They clearly mean it.
